I've had several end users learn to use Crystal Reports successfully, and an equal number who could not.

In my experience, if learning MS Word has difficuly 1 and learning to do a simple spread sheet has diffiiculty 3, then Crystal Reports would be about a 5.
I recommend that my end users attend a one day class.
