I find it extremely helpful, at least in fox code, to have my string literals highlighted - i.e. yellow background. So whenever I can't see the yellow start or stop at where I want it, it's easy to spot the odd mark.

Now I wish something of the kind was possible for nested marks in a SQL editor, or in Fox itself when editing all those places where we textmerge to generate code.
