I think so it's just for VFP developers who develop application for his/her own company.

The only caution is that it's a new product (1.0 being released at the end of the month). I find it pretty exciting for its capabilities. Andy MacNeill did a nice podcast interview with Barry Mavin, the creator and owner, and myself at http://thefoxshow.com.
