I've been fairly surprised at how people react when the see my Windows phone (WP7), and especially when they get a chance to play with it. Big smiles and astonishment at how consistant and smooth the interface is. Even serious Windows Phone bashers have a tough time coming up with something to complain about.

I really think WP8 will be a serious success.
