The first reporter hasn't been paying very close attention. Amazon warehouses have been proliferating for years now. I can now pretty much count on receiving orders the next day, not the second day as promised.
BTW, I highly recommend to anyone who orders from Amazon with any regularity to sign up for the annual shipping cost deal. I think it's $59. For that you pay no shipping cost on individual orders and everything is shipped UPS 2nd Day.
