Only if you willfully ignore the disavowals of violence and terrorism by mainstream Muslims and leaders everywhere and if you haven't read what the Koran actually says about violence (which is forbidden against civilians). Unfortunately extremists in the Islamic world are just as fond as their Western equivalents of claiming moral justification where none can exist.
