I want to help a person - who does not anything about developing software-to learn .NET adn designing of a database sql server , analysis and design with UML, she want to learn online or by tutorials, i am not so fluently in english , so i do not know which keywords she can use to find a university or college that teach the this i mentioned above, she is an english speaker, and she would like to learn in her language
