I have an issue with a XP machine that keeps throwing errors in my app that "-filename- is readonly".

Happens to any files I create in temp folders, cursors that are READWRITE (created with SQL select) or when I use COPY TO to create a temp table to work with.

Exact same App works on other workstations (Windows 7, Vista & Server 2008) and works on other clients with XP machines.

Files are not flagged at ReadOnly when we check the attributes and we have completely uninstalled the AnitVirus (ESET smart security).

It's driving me mad and this is the only PC that runs 24/7 so we must get this to work as network guys will not allow apps running on server and all other PC's shutdown when users go home.

Any ideas?
