Try PEM Editor from http://vfpx.codeplex.com

One of the many things it does well is to manage MemberData.

If you right click on the combobox above the grid, there is a sub-menu called "MemberData Tools". Within that sub-menu is the option "Cleanse Memberdata", which is the option which you want.
