I read about this yesterday (when only 50,000 not 112,000 had signed the petition) and it really ticked me off.
Judge Dee McDonald seems to have the mental capacity of a damn ice cube and the prosecutor doesn't seem real bright either. Personally I don't think either one (especially the judge) is fit to practice law and should get some sort of reprimand from the bar association. What kind of plea agreement is THAT?
