>>Judge Dee McDonald seems to have the mental capacity of a damn ice cube and the prosecutor doesn't seem real bright either. Personally I don't think either one (especially the judge) is fit to practice law and should get some sort of reprimand from the bar association. What kind of plea agreement is THAT?

...perhaps that or related to the judge. I think part of the problem is that these kids criminals are juveniles and were not charged as adults..thus sealing their names. In addition to that blunder, the prosecutor also never even discussed the plea agreement with the victim - she was unaware of the plea agreement before it was announced in court. Then - after she goes public - the kids criminals want to keep it all quite. Considering they took pics and videos of the attack and the showed it to all their friends, I'd say it's a little late to grant that kind of request (I blame that on the prosecutor) - and THEN when she DOES go public the want to nail her for it (which is fault of both the prosecutor and the attackers lawyer). What a joke.
