Yep - like I said the whole court case for this was handled poorly. Prosecutor screwed up by accepting a plea agreement without consulting the victim, didn't charge the perps as adults despite the type of crime & fact it was video tapped - then to top it off - the judge makes some far out crazyass overly-broad ruling telling the victim she not only can't name the perps, but also can't even talk about what happened! What kinda b.s. is that?
