I don't think you can do SQLCONNECT() without a DSN unless you have defined a connection in your database via CREATE CONNECTION.....

So the only two valid syntaxes are:

SQLCONNECT(DataSourceName, cUserID, cPassword)
-or-
SQLCONNECT(cConnectionName)
