I have an application that uses the inet control to pull the html text from a webpage. The program then parces information from the html.

The InteractiveChange Method in the Inet control has a State parameter (numeric) that returns the state of your request. A 12 indicates that information is being received and a 10 indicates that the download is complete. Everything is going great until we installed IE 4.0 on the desktop. With much testing, I found out that the 10 is not being returned and also the actual download time has increased by at least 10X.

Just wondering if anyone else has run into the same problem.
