If you check out Ed's response to me, you'll find a sophisticated method to accomplish this. I have a simple app that contains only a form that indicates that you have successfully installed VFP. I also use this to distribute some ActiveX components. The reason for doing this is to get the runtimes installed and properly registered on the workstation. We then launch EXE's off the server...
