I just discovered that the # character is not accepted in a URL if this is the first character of a file name, such as an image, as is:

http://www.mywebsite.com/#_IMG00293201103061715.jpg

But, the following would work:

http://www.mywebsite.com/_IMG00293201103061715.jpg

Is there a way to have the first to work?
