I have got the thing working.Thanks for your advice guys.I appreciate the way you guys suggested to solve the problem I faced.

Now what I did--- Rather than to initialise the respectinve printer in the server printer que before sending the command "Report form.....",I issued "Report Form rptSticker to printer Prompt".That's how I believe VFB5.0 send the report pages directly to the printer.
But still now even if the problem is solved the whole working is not clear to me.I will be gratefull if you guys suggest me some document either book ot article to look for more information about how vfb handels printjob either in a local driver or a printer from the server printque.I mean to say how it actually sends the information.And is there any way to control it by coding along with the report writer.
