depends a lot on personal expierience, learning and taste as well.
The idea of a common interface - esp. in a Java/C# type of language ;-))
is a nice one in my book as well.
The syntax, which I see as implementation detail, can still be though of as messed up -
I don't see that much benefit in having a special syntax just for [better?] intellisense in SQL-similar statements.
Again corners you too much in MS tools IMO. Which I think is a bad idea, unless Xamarin continues to rock ;-)
