However; everything else (word document etc..) comes out fine no issues at all. It only occurs on the program and nothing else. We have tried uninstalling our program and reinstalling it and deleted the necessary folders prior to installation.

Does the user open the PDF document using a PDF reader and print from there ?
If so what PDF Reader is used ?
