Are you using TeamCity? My latest project has been trying to get my head around build scripts. We have a few basic NAnt scripts floating around that aren't very useful. I've been trying to learn MSBuild but I'm not very happy with it. I might try out PSake.
>I'm in a great shop now. They had no good practices a year ago and have had 100% turnover the last two years. New dev manager hired me specifically to put in best practices. I have basic CI running (really just automated build because there are no unit tests). Working on unit tests now. I'm waiting VS2012 to push unit testing out to the team. We're using NUnit and the VS Test Runner has been opened up so third parties can use it. That means NUnit testing inside VS without third-party add-ons.

>I have pushed out coding standards and code review process document has been written and is waiting for approval. It mostly talks about why you should do code review and has a one page checklist of things to look for.

>Next step is to get unit tests into CI, then add some static analysis. We're planning automated deployment when all that gets working, so late this year or early next.

>>We're in the same boat then. I'm hoping to start writing a bunch of integration tests on our repositories this week, hooking up NHibernate to a SQLLive DB. Wish me luck. It's nice to be at an employer that pushes you to do these things instead of having to constantly B&M about being more agile.
