I recognized the url... same old as a couple of years ago, and while it works in most places, in some it doesn't. I.e. we had situations when a bunch of other things would become inaccessible or just plain stop running on that server when that fix was applied.

And also not sure if the fix survives windows update - it's been a couple of years since we completely gave up on dbfs because of this. I'd rather switch to postgres or mysql than fight Redmond over this.
