Has anyone else ran into a problem with tooltips displaying 'behind' the form, when the form's 'Show Window' is set to 2 (As Top Level Form) and the form's 'Always On Top' property is set to true? (In VFP 6.0)

I just noticed it and was curious if anyone else had. When I change the 'Always on Top' property to false, the ToolTips display properly (overlaid on top of the form). This occurred on a form that was built under VFP 5 and to the best of my knowledge this just started when I moved the project into VFP 6. It's not a big deal, as I have left the 'Always on Top' to false, but it has me curious as to what has caused it and whether or not anyone else had any thoughts about it.
