Actually, dogs are more omnivores than people think. It does sound like she's gotten hold of something she shouldn't. When you talk to your vet, ask them about getting a 3cc syringe for the giving of Pepto Bismol (yes, it works on dogs too) or Kaopectate for the drooly mouth and the squirty butt, as they're known around my house.
