>>>Hi,
>>>
>>>today I installed FoxyPreviewer and I liked it.
>>>
>>>One question: why does it take so long to create a PDF file? Before I used PDFWriter driver from Adobe and it was very fast.
>>>Now, my concern is that switching to Windows 7, PDFWriter driver will not work and I am looking for another alternative.
>>>Speed is important for me, because sometimes I need to create up to 100-150 PDF files.
>>>Please advise on the speed issue and on any alternative of PDF conversion under Windows 7.
>>>
>>>Thanks in advance.

>>Hi Jerry, the pdf generations is based in a report listener I wrote several years ago, Cesar however has made it much better, he has fixed several errors and added much more functionality. The difference with a printer driver, is that this listener uses Haru PDF library (a windows DLL) and draws each object in the PDF canvas based on the VFP report coordinates, must opf the code goes in the Render Event. As far as I now, the printer driver would be several times faster since it's a much lower level just processing PS files.

XFRX has internal .PDF output option. I use it but never tested speed.
