>Incorrect - watch the video again. What was said was IF he did not pay taxes THEN he committed a felony...which is true for ..ummm..well everyone.

>I have no idea what you are talking about. What I was referring to was Stephanie Cutter's accusations that Mitt Romney either lied in federal filings that show he worked at Bain Capital through 2002 and could be guilty of a felony, or has lied to the American people in saying he left the company in 1999, the Obama campaign is arguing in light of news reports on the firm’s filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

>Are you speaking about Dingy Harry Reed's slanderous accusations on the senate floor? This is entirely another example of Obama's dirty tactics, but not the one to which I was referring.

>Not paying taxes is a crime for anyone who is not Timothy TurboTax Geitner or Charlie Rangel, just to name two. So you are wrong. It is NOT a felony for ...ummm... well everyone.

Straight from the Republican playbook -- change the subject by attacking a Democrat.

FWIW I don't think Mitt Romney committed any felonies at Bain Capital. What concerns me more is that it is at the core of his resume as a successful businessman, but people who were there say he didn't have that much to do with Bain's success.
