My last Pro license is for VS 2005. I don't think I can even buy - yet - Pro upgrade for VS 2012. And I am starting a new project (ASP.NET) and thought that I should use the latest version of VS. Mainly I want to apply to this project what I am learning of HTML5.
Thank you.
>Express doesn't allow plug-ins, and some of the tooling is different. If you have a license for Pro, go with it.

>>Hi,

>>I am about to download VS 2012 Express. I am planning to use it for developing ASP.NET application(s). What do Iose if I choose this free version vs professional? I found a product comparison page on MS site but it does not even have Express in it. Any suggestions? TIA.

>>Also, this VS 2012 will not alter my VS 2005 in any way, right?
