Never know what people do on a side <g>. My road to VFP is kind of odd too. In the 90s my brother-in-law was in school (I can't remember whether he was in college or was in graduate school). Anyway, one of his classes apparently was using VFP not as a main topic but something like sub-topic. After the class he offered me a bunch of 3.5" diskettes with VFP 3.0 because he was about to throw them away. I took them and the rest is the history <g>. VFP 3.0 was my first Windows OOP product and I was in awe how easy it was to make a small app.
