The most important parts of Hank's explanation (the difference between the one-shot vs annual payment) should have been there above the first price. And the list of what you get with each version could have been either more explicit, or in some kind of feature list with checkmarks.

Those unclear on pricing may still get some interest out of me, if they have a good product - their sales department may be the only idiots in the company. The "call us" may work only for stuff I know, like buying second hand used pre-owned equipment - but in those cases I will see the item before buying, and it would be something I can buy elsewhere as well. For stuff I don't exactly know, invitation to be treated by a sleaze con artist sales representative (of what?) is a show stopper.
