Not necessarily. I think that people who work hard should be able to earn enough money to house, feed, clothe and otherwise care for their families, put something away for the future or for a rainy day, and have a little something left for some fun.

What I was responding to was the assertion that _anyone_ who works hard and lives right can ultimately get rich. I don't think life is that simple. (And, in fact, if you want to get rich, one of the best life choices you can make is to not have kids, not an option I'd recommend for most people.)
