Yeah, after 2 Federal investigations (that turned up nothing) and the French all up in his business for over 10 years and a Federal judge questioning the motives of the USADA - I guess he finally had enough.

And, because Carl Lewis questioned Usaine Bolt's performance (or rather, Jamaican drug testing) we should start investigating him now?

And no, I'm not a fan of Armstrong's
