>We've got this program at work that's really giving us fits. On some of the PCs at the office it works fine. On others, immediately after you view or print a report, the very next control that you click on causes a fatal error ("foxpro has performed an illegal operation...") and kicks us back out to Windows. The program is written in 5.0. Most of the machines we've tried it on are Win95 but I think one might have been Win98. I can't think of any other major difference in the machines -- although there must be something since the problem is dependant on which machine is running the program.

Hi Denise.

In cases like this, the first suspect is the video driver. Check it out on the machines that are GPFing and if they are not setup as plain vanilla already, do this and see what happens.
