He was pointing out how the PRESS, not the "gubmint" may be trying to use the hurricane news to shape the Republican convention schedule and news coverage.

You are correct, the levee did not break, there was just water running over it. My mistake. I have been monitoring the news throughout the day (the wrong news station <g>) and am relieved that although it is serious it's no Katrina.
