Hrm... I suppose you can change the system font to something like Comic Sans (or perhaps a font based on children's handwriting) to complete that image...

Hrm... I've always wondered if there were any deranged folks out there in the world that had created the equivalent of the "Hot Dog Stand" colour scheme of Win3x in later editions of Windows... I recall seeing a few rather wild colour schemes that looked really weird in colour, but looked pretty good on monochrome displays (i.e. where everything was grayscale).
