There is a Cajun restaurant in downtown Chicago called Heaven on Seven. It's on the 7th floor of an older office building on Wabash, the kind of building where you expect to see Sam Spade walking down the hallway. Line up for lunch by 11:30 or come back after 2. They have an incredible collection of hot sauces displayed along the walls.
