There are a couple of things that come to mind...
1. Get the VFP to Visual Modeler reverse engineering wizard and run it against your classes to create a Visual Modeler model.
2. There is a utillity in the file sections here called PDM, that creates out standing HTML documentation of your project. You can print the pages if you want.

BTW: Congrats on 'finishing' a piece of software. The software I work on never seems to be done!
