I usually easily recognize SCAM and SPAM. But in this case first I read this MSDN message

To me this message looks legitimate and it is hard to figure out it was a spam. I did check the agreement contract mentioned in that e-mail - it is very long and very legal looking document.
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
