>Well, that's the easy part for sure. But the popup can't be modal since the user needs to do other tasks--in and out of the application. If it isn't modal, you need to prevent the window from getting buried or lost. I've played with wontop() but it doesn't work well. If the user closes the order, the popup needs to close and the user's position in the memo calculated and saved so it can be restored later. A combination of memlines() and mline() should do that part, but there isn't a logical place to store that value except perhaps in the memo itself. . .

If you're using something like an Editbox to work with your memo field's contents, maybe the .SelStart property could help.
