Win8 takes some getting used to and does have a couple of minor issues, particularly with IE10. But, with Windows Updates, there's no reason to wait.
>I need to purchase a new laptop. As is the case with many MS OS, there is usually a skip two process. Windows 7 is a sure shot and my main PC has been upgraded since a while. But, for my laptop, as comes time to upgrade, should I remain with Windows 7 or Windows 8 is ready to go? By that, I mean that should I, or will I be better installing Windows 7 and waiting for the next version (the one after 8) before considering going higher than 7?
