This is something that is always confusing. At several occasions, especially when I am not opening the setup project quite often, I can't remember where to go to make the setup panel forms to appear. I am talking about the one with the first intro during a setup, then a confirmation and so on. There are some we can include and some we can remove. I have been looking at the menu but cannot find where it is. I have the Solution Explorer on the right but that is only for the set of files.
