I've just visited the vfpx site to find some newer documentation of Emerson Reeds superb Themed Controls classes. Especially, as mentioned in the title, I was looking for a documentation of the ribbon class.
As I couldn't find any perhaps someone has a link where to find howto register builders, which container objects have to be manipulated etc.
