If that was leveled at me, let me point out that I do not need to run out and get the latest and greatest Microsoft products the day they're launched. Just look at any of the lines for the latest iPad or iPhone. The press is all over lack of innovation and the disappointing iPhone 5, yet the Apple fanbois can't get theirs fast enough. iPhone 4 sold a million its first day. 4s sold 1.5 million first day. iPhone 5 sales estimate are 10 million in the first week. It's a pretty safe bet that a large percentage of those people are getting one just because it's the latest thing from Apple.

FYI, I use Apple products. I use Android. I use Linux. All three, every day. I use lots of non-Microsoft products, every day. I also criticize Microsoft. There is lots I don't like in VS2012. I've told them my feelings. There is lots I don't like in Windows 8 and I've made those issues public.
