Whilst I agree with your sentiments I guestion your maths.
A quick google suggests 90,000,000 tax payers in the U.S. If it's taking a nickel out of your pocket then presumably it's taking a nickel out of everybodys so the medical costs incurred by someone who drinks one 64oz cup of Coke is $9,000,000 ?
This needs cross-referencing to the thread relating to the cost of health care :-}
