I'm not 100% certain but I'm pretty sure I saw the slowness over a period of several days, prior to the start of this thread. So, that would have been sometime before your Friday night outage.
From time to time I've seen temporary slowdowns due to various reasons that usually resolve within minutes or hours. This time, the slowness persisted much longer, which is why I started this thread.
