All the 'Options' settings are stored in XML format in a *.vssettings file (if you did a standard install it will be in Documents/VisualStudio 2012/Settings) and is scoped to the VS installation (i.e. applies to all projects/solutions). You can however export a specific setup and subsequently import it (Tools/Import and Export settings...)
