Related to my other post on XLSX and XLS file formats:
We have some data in XLS files. However, we also have this data in a DBF. Or I can convert the XLS file to CSV format using COM automation. So from any of these data sources, how can I easiest create an Office 2010 XLSX format file on a machine which only has Office 2003 ?
