Inno has been used for years by Doug Hennig and others in the Fox community. I know of .Net devs using it. Everything we do is web-based and in-house, so I just use web deploy for now, but will be looking at better deployment tools over the next year. Right now, I'm leaning towards Octopus Deploy.

The setup we used to have was integrated into the environment and was aware of everything. I was able to have it into the Solution Explorer and able to control everything without having to install, maintain licensing issue (if applicable), and negotiate with it in a separate project.
