I wasn't joking when I said after the Wisconsin game that I am cheering for them the rest of the way. They are for real. The western conferences other than the Pac 12 don't get a lot of love out east but that may be changing.

The jury is still out on the Badgers. They gutted out another tough win at home yesterday, losing Montee Ball in the process. The Big Ten (the conference that can't count, (c) Bob Verdi) is not looking too good overall. But maybe it's just playing better non-conference opponents than usual. The loss at Oregon State seems a lot less shocking after Oregon State went into the Rose Bowl and beat UCLA yesterday.
