In SQL2008 management studio I could open and close blocks of sql in procedures by clicking the + sign beside them.

Now I have lost this.

I've tried changing Tools | Options | Text Editor | Transact-SQL | Intellisense | Outline Statements but still no script outlining.

Any ideas what I've done ? and how I get it back ?.
