I agree with Hugo, alias is first - macro - third or 4th place worst approach.

m.TableToUse = 'monday'

use (m.TableToUse) alias TheTable

Var = TheTable.fieldname

What are you really trying to do? Breaking tables by weekday sounds fishy to me.
