I think you mean it does not open in VS2012.
And, yes that just about renders VS2012 useless to me since I use CR extensively.
I had invested several days in a VS2012 application for a client before I discovered this anomaly.
There's a surprising scarcity of information out on the web about this but a couple of people have picked up on it and the people at SAP have responded. I haven't seen anything from MS, but maybe I missed it.
I contacted the client, told them I'd use VS2010 and ported all the work I had done to VS2010.
VS2012 is back in the shelf till I can design CR with it.
